Autumn Campbell, shoe size 7.5

DC-Baltimore Regional Executive Director

Autumn has played huge role in the growth of the Washington DC chapter. Autumn joined the Back on My Feet staff in March of 2010 with the launch of the Washington DC chapter. As Executive Director, Autumn oversees the chapters growth and development.

“I was so drawn to the idea, but wasn’t sure I had much beyond enthusiasm and a sweat-equity work ethic to offer the organization. I am still sure those are the most valuable assets I bring to the table. And ultimately, it’s what we’re asking from most of our members. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to admire their work every day and feel privileged to work on behalf of the res and non-res members who make this program run.”

Stephanie Remick, Member Services Manager

Shoe size 8

Stephanie joined the DC BoMF Chapter in September 2011 after working with the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL) for two years. Having served her community since graduating college in 2007, Stephanie is excited to be combining her passion to help others with her enthusiasm for running! As the Member Service Manager she assists Resident Members with finding opportunities for education, job training, and housing.
“But I also get to know our members as teammates on early morning runs, so I learn more about each of them personally rather than just identifying them by what they need to accomplish to move forward.” Running is a rediscovered joy in Stephanie’s life as she picked it up again when she moved to DC in 2009 and ran her first marathon in 2010.
